Payment & Reservation Deposits

All our rates are based on payment in advance, we have a “no pay, no stay” policy. We accept cash in Pesos, and US Dollars; We also accept PayPal payments in Philippine Pesos, or US Dollars. We do not accept credit cards directly (although we may do in the near future), however, you can use your credit card via PayPal.

If you wish to make a confirmed reservation we will require a deposit. If you are unable visit us, or don’t wish to pay in cash, this can easily be arranged by PayPal. Once you have agreed your reservation with us via email or telephone, we can send you a payment request to your email address from our PayPal business account.

To make a reservation please email us with your desired dates and Suite type to; we will forward you a confirmation along with a PayPal payment request to your email address.

We can also arrange full payment of your stay via PayPal upon your arrival, if you would prefer to pay via credit card.

Our Cancellation policy, is 100% refund (less any handling fees, e.g. PayPal) provided you cancel within 48 hours of your planned arrival date, 50% if you cancel after this time, and full forfeit of deposit for a “No Show” situation. We are willing to discuss your situation and perhaps re-book you at a later date in an emergency situation.
