Do you have Internet and is it fast?
All our apartments have WiFi Internet connections. Currently this is Free of Charge in all our apartments. Our connection is an 8 Mbps ADSL and is generally faster than Internet Cafes in the local vicinity. Most of our apartments have dedicated Access Points, and in some apartments you can connect directly into a wired switch. Our internet connection is very reliable; we manage the network ourselves to provide the best possible service.
What is your cancelation policy?
We do our best to be reasonable about cancelations. Provided you contact us at least 48 hours before your expected arrival date, we will refund 100% of your deposit less any bank charges which may apply. A shorter cancelation may result in 50% of your deposit being returned and a NO SHOW will result in us retaining your deposit. If you are already checked in but need to cut your stay short, we will simply refund the remainder of your stay, however, you may loose certain discounts due to shortened length of stay.
What is Security Like? Is it a safe area?
All large cities have crime, and unfortunately the tourist and unwary traveller is often the victim. Our building has security guards 24/7 and surveillance cameras. As Association board members we manage these staff and make sure that they are of the best quality. Makati is probably one of the safest areas in Metro Manila, it is the main banking business district and the upmarket party area, not to mention a shoppers delight. As a foreigner, who has lived here over four years, I can honestly say that this part of Makati is at least as safe as the West end of London or uptown New York.
Do you have a swimming pool?
Sorry no we don’t but if that is important there are many Hotels neaby which do, and you can actually visit their pools for a nominal daily fee.
Do you have a Gym, Gymnasium?
Sorry no we don’t, this is a small condominium / condotel, however there are many Gyms nearby which you can use on a daily / monthly basis. We can recommend the Gym at City Garden Hotel, which has very reasonable prices, is superb and has great staff.
How many guests can stay overnight?
We allow up to four guests to stay in each apartment. This does not mean you can’t have friends around for dinner, but simply that our rooms are intended for couples and families and we do not want to encourage an apartment-sharing situation with many guests staying in one room. We may make exceptions with families who have small children.
How can I reserve an Apartment?
Please take a look at our Booking Page, where you can brows the availability of our Serviced Apartments, and send us a Booking request using our form. We let our apartments on a first come first served basis. If you wish to reserve a suite, we can guarantee a reservation with a deposit Payment. What are the check in and out times?
You can check in any time after 1pm. If the apartment is available earlier then you can check in, but we make no guarantee that the apartment is available before this time. You should check out before 11am, you can pay for later check out times, please see Rates for details. Please let us know if you need to check in early or check out late and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Are there any additional costs fees?
All are prices are inclusive of taxes. Utilities bills are separate, for which we take a deposit. We do charge additional fees for some additional items, please see our Rates page for full details.
Do you have a Laundry Service?
There is a Laundry Service in the building called Ann’s Laundry. For more details please click on Laundry.
What is the Service level of the Apartments?
Generally we service or clean the apartments every 3 days including changing sheets etc. You can request more frequent service or less frequent service, as you feel fit. Our aim is not to disturb you unduly, as might happen in a Hotel, but this does not mean we won’t come and clean your room upon request. We can service your apartment any time between 9am and 6pm. Can I get a Discount?
We do not give discounts to first time customers unless they are renting more than one suite, or staying for an extended period (over two month). We are happy to give our returning customers a small discount to show our appreciation for their patronage.
Can I rent for a longer term?
We are happy to rent our apartments to you without service for long-term rental, generally 12 months or more. In this case the monthly rental would be slightly lower, and we would require 1 month in advance and 2 months deposit. We would also need you to sign a tenancy agreement. You do not have to have any local references or bank account.
